Viet's Restaurant

Our Delicious Story

"Pho and bun dishes with grilled meats are the comfort foods of Vietnamese kitchens, giving diners Just a hint of the exotic. While Viet's certainly does an admirable job with the basics, the more adventurous side of the menu really shines. Platters of crab and lobster dressed in thick Sauce emerge from the kitchen at regular intervals; orders of goi dac biet bring salads layered with jellyfish and driz- zled with a dressing pungent with fish sauce. If you're not sure what you want on the menu, Just point and ask; the staff is always willing to explain unusual combinations, what to do with that side of wonderfully funky sauce, or which raw herbs and greens to stir into the simmering goat-rib hot pot at the center of the table. Viets stands out from the competition for its deep menu and ability to sur- prise with every plate, whether you're Just in for a bar- food standard of stuffed chicken wings or impressing guests with whole fried catfish.

Review Yelp

This was such an awesome spot for Vietnamese food. Located in the back corner of New Saigon market, Viet's Restaurant (not to be confused with the Cafe) doesn't necessarily look fancy from the outside. But once you walk in, you are greeted with fish tanks, TVs playing relaxing nature videos, gorgeous decor, and an open, airy-feeling dining area. They have a large stage in the center of the room, and it definitely looks like they can host large events there. The food was phenomenal, and offers more depth and variety than the smaller pho shops along Federal (not talking smack, I love those places too). The service was also fantastic. Overall, if you are craving Vietnamese food, but want to level it up, this is your spot!
Really good food with plenty of selection! Nice little place we stumbled upon while visiting Denver. I had the Banh Canh Tom Cua which is a sort of seafood soup that had a unique taste. We also tried this rice appetizer I forgot the name of but feel free to look at the picture below and order it - you'll like it especially if you like fish sauce. I don't have Vietnamese all the time, but the dishes we ordered here were all pretty top notch. Service was quick and easy as well. Nice little place, will definitely visit again to try some new things on the menu!
My parents flew in to visit! As always they're looking for great Vietnamese food and we again find ourselves back at Viet's. We shared a hot pot and it was SO good. The service was also great, our server gave us quite a few fun dipping sauces and I had a great time here with my family 🙂
